Frederick J England
Biography
Frederick was born in London and in 1956 studied at the Brighton College of Art. He also studied in Norway (1960) and London (1961). After his studying, he taught at Leek School Of Art and became President of the Society of Staffordshire artists and a member of the Free Painters and Sculptors.
He showed at the Royal Institute, The RBA, throughout the provinces and at the Paris Salon where he won Gold (1975) and sliver medals. Examples of his work are held by the Stoke on Trent Museum. He has also been a Patron of The Civil and Public Service Artists Group.
His work is now becoming increasingly appreciated and widely collected.
