An unusual candlestick, the upper section produced in brass, with the bottom section in Aluminium.
The two part body expertly fashioned together at the base of the neck, the bass fitting together with the aluminium seamlessly.
The single piece brass neck rising to a flared rim with a deep well for the candle to be placed, fitted to the aluminium flared square form base, tapering to the meeting of the two metals.
The base is impressed wit the Marshall makers mark, with the faux leather cover on the base also marked.
The foundry marks throughout, quintessential of David's work.

There are some areas of damage, there is a scratch to the base of the neck on one side, the opposite side with two dents, upper right of the makers mark.
