A 19th Century Italian Maiolica Dish / Bowl

The Wavy rim painted in a muted boon , leading to a black pinstripe, before opening into the painted scene to the shaped, press moulded bowl, the scene depicting a distant village, overlooked by mountains, and operated from the three individuals via a large lake.

The central figure of an elven king, dressed in gold with a fur collar, seated on an outcrop, listening to a figure to other side, the left, a fawn, draped in a blue garment, playing an unusual string instrument, the right, a man playing a, Oboe like wind instrument.
