Valerie Wright
Biography
Born in Manchester, Valerie has spent much of her life living in the South of England. Despite living in the South, Valerie has always been fond of the North, and in 1984, she moved from her home in Kent to live and work in Lymm. She studied art as part of her B. Ed degree, and this rekindled an early interest in painting and she now works full time as a painter and teacher.
She is a member of the Society of Botanical Artists and the Society of Women Artists, and she regularly exhibits works in the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours.
